Raj Thackeray to interview Sharad Pawar on Feb 21 In Pune
As NCP Chief Sharad Pawar completed 50 years of his political career and in the backdrop of his ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ year, a public interview has been organised at the BMCC College ground in Pune and is also slated to be aired on TV.On February 21, Raj Thackeray will take an open interview with Sharad Pawar. Earlier, the interview was to be held on January 3. However, due to Koregaon Bhima violence, the program was canceled. After this, the whole Maharashtra, along with supporters of Raj Thackeray and Sharad Pawar, had an interest in this interview. The interview will be held at the BMCC College on February 21 in Pune at 5 pm. It has been announced on the official Facebook account of Raj Thackeray.
Well-known poet and president of the World Marathi Academy, Ramdas Futane has organised this public interview and Sharad Pawar, who is known as an ‘Oiled Phelwan’, and all will be curious to find out how Raj will deal with him vis-a-vis confidential questions. In fact, many interviews were conducted in the backdrop of Sharad Pawar’s Amrut Mahotsav and 50 years of political career. “However, there was nothing colourful in these interviews. This time around, many names were discussed. The search went on for more than two months. It was president of World Marathi Academy Ramdas Futane who suggested the name of MNS Chief Raj Thackeray for the interview. After that, with the consent of Sharad Pawar and Raj Thackeray’s approval, February 21 was fixed as the date. MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar also took the lead in organising this interview,” said a source.
