Pune Traffic Police blocked 92 Passport after the violation of traffic rules
After the repeated violation of traffic rules, Pune Police has started giving information to the passport office of the complaints of non-paying penalty drivers. In the last four days, police have shown ridicule of 92 law-abiding drivers of traffic violation laws and have blocked their passports.
Traffic Police Deputy Commissioner, Tejaswati Satpute, has undertaken a special campaign to crack down on unscrupulous drivers since last week. The drivers who violate the rules must pay the penalty online. In this case, a message was sent to them on mobile phones from the police. However, if the penalty is not paid by them, Traffic police warned that such vehicles should be filed by filing cases and giving information to regional transport office and police verification department. The passport office sent these 92 driver’s documents to the police for verification. After this, all the information regarding the violation of traffic rules was sent to the police immediately. Now the passport of 92 people has been blocked due to the traffic police action.
“Some people do not pay traffic penalties or refrain from paying penalties. Information about such drivers is being given to passport, regional transport office and police verification department,” said Tejasvi Satpute, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Transport Branch.
