President’s medal for Eight cops from Pune on Independence Day
President’s Medal on the eve of Independence Day was given to the Police Officers and Employees performing notable performances. Eight policemen from Pune have been chosen for the President’s police medals.
Police Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dayanand Dhome, along with the Assistant Police Commissioner of Pune Police Shivaji Bodke and Pune Police Officer Saranjeet Awad, the Deputy Commissioner of Pune Metropolitan Development Authority Sarang Awhad, Police Inspector Vitthal Mohite, Vitthal Kubade (Pimpri) Sub Inspector Digambar Jakhade (Crime Branch), Kishore Atre (Complaints Department), supporting criminal Chandrakant Ingle (Crime Branch) as well as the state reserve police force, Shrikant Pathak has been declared the President’s Medal
Advisor Kalappa Kumbhar (Yerwada Jail), Constable Kailas Bauskar(Mumbai District Women’s Prison), Shimpi Sanjay Talware, Raju Hate (Nagpur Prison) has been given President’s Reform Service Medal.
