The ring road is 128.85 km long, it will be 110 meters wide. It’s plan has been modified recently in some places. The state government has approved the ring road. Also, the central government has included this ring road in the scheme ‘Bharatmala’. For this, a grant of Rs 1800 crore has also been approved. The ring road from PMRDA will be developed in six phases. In the first phase, 32-kilometer long road work will be undertaken. The proposed ring-ring was presented in the presence of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. At that time, Gadkari had instructed to ban the sale of land on both sides of the road. Accordingly, the PMRDA has sent a list of the land number/survey numbers and their area of land in which the ring road is going to be sent from the PMRDA to the District Collector.
