Muslim brothers Celebrated Bakri Eid by donating blood in Pune
Without sacrificing animals on the occasion of Bakri Eid, an unannounced message to donate blood was given by the Muslim Satyashodhak Mandal and the Maharashtra Andhshrddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANIS). This event was started at Sane Guruji Memorial, Pune. This initiative has been started since the last eight years. Through this event, religious festivals should be celebrated with socially and humanist, this message was given to society, Shamsuddin Tamboli said.
Blood donation by 50 Muslim Brothers in the program started in the morning on Bakri Eid. This initiative is implemented not only in Pune but at the state level by the Muslim Satyaghayak Mandal and by ANIS. Due to Kerala floods, this year, we have been urged to help the brothers in Kerala without sacrificing on Bakri Eid, and it gets a good response. We are giving this message to the Muslim brothers for donating blood instead of sacrificing animals, Tamboli said.
