Bhima Koregaon violence | Milind Ekbote Arrived At Shikrapur Police Station
Milind Ekbote accused in Koregaon Bhima Violence case has finally arrived in the police station for questioning this morning. Additional District Superintendent of Police, Pune, Sandeep Pakhale has been investigating him for the last few hours.On Thursday afternoon, Milind Ekbote, accused in the Koregaon Bhima riots case, himself came to the police station.The Supreme Court has given stay on their arrest. So the police will not be able to arrest them even if they can be inquired.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday reprimanded the Maharashtra Police for not doing enough to arrest Milind Ekbote, who is accused of instigating the violence against Dalits at Bhima Koregaon.The next hearing of the Supreme Court will be on March 14 in connection with the bail application filed by Milind Ekbote in the violence case in Bhima Koregaon. In short, Ekbote will go to jail in this case or not, it will be Decided on March 14. In the meantime, the Supreme Court has upheld the interim bail granted to Ekbote. Adv.Nitin Satpute is opposing a one-way bail from the Pune Sessions Court to the Supreme Court. So, now in this case, everyone will be focused on the action taken by the government against the action against Ekbote.
